WTCMC to hold YES Program after the Big Spring Cowboy Reunion & Rodeo Parade

The West Texas Community Mediation Center YES Program will be held Saturday, June 17 at 11 a.m., after the Big Spring Cowboy Reunion and Rodeo Parade

The program will include tips on traveling safely this summer including how to change a flat tire, what to include in a vehicle emergency kit, appropriate tire pressure and car fluid levels.

Also included in the program are tips on how to manage police encounters.
