In the case of an emergency requiring sheltering in place, FEMA recommends sealing "windows, doors and air vents with thick plastic sheeting and duct tape."

Although you can buy a map of your state off of Amazon without spending too much, you can also head to the U.S. Department of the Interior website and use their map viewer to print out your general location.
